About Booking
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book at least 1 hour in advance of or hop on and pay the fare in person if we have extra seats past 1 hour to departure!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You'll receive payment details when you book.
Are booster seats available for children?
Yes. Booster seats are available when you let us know in advance.
Can we customize the itinerary for our group?
Absolutely. If your group is booking at least 10 of our 14 available seats, we'll review customization requests and work with you to build the perfect tour.

What time should I be ready for pickup?
Please be ready and waiting at 7:00 AM sharp on your tour date. We'll confirm pickup details in your booking confirmation.
What if my cruise is delayed?
We understand travel delays happen. We'll make reasonable accommodations as long as we can do so without affecting other guests' connections. If you're running late, call us immediately and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
What if I miss my scheduled shuttle?
We handle missed pickups on a case-by-case basis. We're happy to discuss options, which may include a partial refund or credit toward a future tour. Contact us right away if this happens.
